Been said several times here - "you can't fix stupid". Clearly the Knutsen is a "burdened vessel" and has the right-of-way. Sail vessels do not have the right-of-way over burdened vessels. Besides, it would appear that the sail boat was hauling a$$ (spinnaker hanging in anchor) and should have been able to give way to the Knutsen. Still funny. I'll bet some liquid dumb a$$ was involved.

In coal country there are signs that if you get ran over by a loaded truck it is your fault no matter what happened. When one of them is hauling 300 ton it is best to obey the rules.
