D.H. Russell Yachtsman Knife by Grohmann Knives

The marlin spike makes a good pry bar, saves the knife lots of abuse!

$5 Ozark Trail. The good ones get lost, I've had this one for 4 years now.
I was always losing knives and I found these cheap $5 plastic buck knives so bought 3 of them. 10 years later I still have 2 of them.

Those little plain-jane plastic black handled ones?

If it's the ones I'm thinking they are pretty handy. Good to keep in consoles and tool boxes. My brother has a tiny one on his key chain.

Do they hold an edge better than the stainless Case knives?
Yes. It's hard to explain but I can feel how a knife is going to sharpen up once I run it across a stone. Even though I have some stainless knives I like, they don't feel like these do. Especially with this one, I have it shaped to how I sharpen it. A couple licks and it's shaving hair again.
