Greetings, we baught a registerable hereford weanling bull-checked out epds saw breeding operation and all that. here is the problem- he has a small patch of jet black hair on his hip, we thought that it was oil when we got him. Our vet is the breeders vet and he is confident that it is out of registered stock-what could cause this and will the hereford association accept this for registration? thank you.
