That is a Corriente, but I doubt he is 850 lbs! Horns are small for that age, too.
He'd be a steal for about 25% - 30% of that price. I would have loved to have him before I quit a few weeks aqo!
Couple of weeks ago befpre I quit, I would have loved to have gotten him for about 25% to 30% of that price!

Got sucked into buying a Craigslist deal awhile back. Heifers came direct from the sale barn, guy didn't know anything about them. Were a bit thin and not sure if that's the correct breed but if they throw a black calf from my bull next year it'll be ok.

They are a little leggy, and the color pattern could be several breeds. As you say, if they breed and produce black calves it could be a good buy.
