Black Limousin bull pic

Good looking bull, a question though. I assume this pic was taken recently. If so his scrotal size looks to small for my taste. Just looking at him, he looks like he may be outa Chaz First Choice. This bull produces a lot of thick, long, medium framed black Limi bulls. The knock on em in my opinion is scrotal size. The last time I bought a new bull about 3 years ago, my eyes were drawn to many First Choice sons on six different ranches, but as I got closer to em and saw the nuts, it was a no go. Of course if its just the picture my apologies
