How is he wrong?

Those are state owned, run by the state and funded by our society.

Sure sounds like socialism to me.

Any extreme view or application of any ism is fanatical.

Take what is good of any practice of ism.

The world is not black and white. We are discovering new shades of gray every day

Amen. Roads benefit everyone whether or not they drive on them. Tax everyone, make the road free to everyone.

I would not call the socialist either. They were brilliant men, that had brilliant ideas, and the will to enact them. They did work for individual liberty and social good.

Franklin founded many civic organizations, a Library, Philadelphia's first fire department and the University of Pennsylvania.

People being people, some look to take advantage of any situation.

It's all about the $$ and who gets it..ALWAYS.
i am not disagreeing with about the money part, but with the link posted- i've sat at a green light and people that had a red light were still going thru the intersection and if you pull into the intersection some, they look at you like your crazy.
 
I have lived the American dream. But at my age and trying the maintain it has became a nightmare. To much work and not enough body. Need to drag one of the acorn eaters carcass to the woods today. Might have one more that will not make it. Why does it effect some cows and not the others.

Ever noticed how some cows eat much faster than others stay and eat longer than others? Very likely the case.

I use public Roads.

I have paid SS for 45 years now. My employer has matched my contributions. Maybe I will live long enough to get a bit of that back.

Obama destroyed my health care plan. The company was self insured and we had a plan. Obama took it. Now it will indeed be Medicare, if I live that long.
