Share EPD expertise on a black bull yearling?

His attitude is one thing, but what would concern me is high headed flightiness in his offspring and
only time will tell. At best all low accuracy epds can do is warn you. Being in bottom 1/3 would be
one thing, but bottom 1% could put his offspring on a whole different level. He may have inherited
his Dam's sweet disposition, but that doesn't mean he'll pass it on to the next generation.
Just saying, unless you're willing to potentially cull every one of his offspring, 4 or 5 bids over
slaughter price is all I'd be willing to risk on him as an unproven sire. my :2cents:

updated to add:
Read in the news this morning about a 40 yr old farmer in Nebraska killed by a bull while out checking on his cows. Life's too short to put up with ill tempered cattle and to pass it on to the next generation to boot.
