Dropped this steer off on the 1st. Want to see what yalls guess is on hanging weight. Live weight was 1250. I will find out hanging weight tomorrow when I pick him up. Butcher said he marbled very well. So well that they were having trouble getting the ground meat lean enough. Can't wait to see how the steaks look. He was on feed for 7 months.

We have a kill date in late March for our steer . Trying to eat as much of last years as possible. Put 3 deer in the freezer so we should be good on meat .
