Dropped this steer off on the 1st. Want to see what yalls guess is on hanging weight. Live weight was 1250. I will find out hanging weight tomorrow when I pick him up. Butcher said he marbled very well. So well that they were having trouble getting the ground meat lean enough. Can’t wait to see how the steaks look.
