Long story, I have two registered Red Angus heifers (about four years old) that I may sell to a neighbor. What is the going rate for healthy (registered) Red Angus?

What ever the market will bear.

Just because they are registered does not necessarily add value. In fact they may very well only be worth meat price.

Papers in the vast majority of cases add nothing to the value of an animal.

Your do not provide - without pedigree and lots of pics and calving history and calf performance - and location - any where even close to enough information.

? heifers, 4 years old, why no calves?

Read his other post - double posted question - see: "What Are Red Angus Heifers Worth?" in cattle sales thread.

Inherited pets I believe. More info on other thread.

If I remember correctly there is a red angus farm on Hwy 114. Go south through Justin to 114 and take a right (West). I think it is just a little past that school.

Might check with them.
