Sadly, only on the oldies station.
The good music is out there, you just won't hear it on the radio. You got to hunt it down for yourself.bigbull338":3qljgib7 said:the old rock that we know has gone the same way as the old country we used to listen to.theres no more geo jones waylon merle or johnny just like theres no more zztop led zeplin or queen.

Ps sorry I'm not into rock. :cboy:Nesikep":35eog9rk said:all music these days has gone downhill terribly.. rock and country have essentially merged into what is new country, and it wasn't the better halves that merged.
I've pretty much given up on finding anything new in those genres, and I can't listen to a classic rock station that plays 10 songs by 10 band for the last 50 years :banghead: even if they were great bands.
I turn my musical attention elsewhere now, Electronica mostly.. It's pretty sad when "computerized" music is getting to be more real than rock and country.

Alan jackson is still cooking for all I know. But yes the "NEW" country is no good :2cents: .I have a really nice station so I get to hear all the good old ones. This is the station I stopped listening to because of to many breaks op: but they had good music later at night.http://streamdb6web.securenetsystems.net/v5/KCHKAMNesikep":vgo8kw6z said:I was talking about the new stufffrieghttrain":vgo8kw6z said:Not more real than this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ubKUP8c0FHE and this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BPCjC543llU Enjoy! I don't know if anybody listens to Jason Isbell. Used to be part of the drive-by truckers and is now a solo artist. Voice is a little different but he's one of the better songwriters I've found lately.
