To obtain a more accurate concept of this bull I would like to know his age at the time of the pictures. I am assuming he was about 14 months at the time. If so, his leg/feet phenotype will modify as nitrogen thickens his bone appearance, and his 'long bones' cease their length growth. It is being assumed that his right testicle is larger than his left one, when the reality of the situation could be that his left testicle has not developed as completely (yet!) as his right one has. And the fact that he is in Florida (summer time??) predicates that his scrotum will "hang" lower (away from the heat of his body because of the "Thermo-regulatory System" functioning properly!) than might seem desirable. That is a correct functional trait!
As others have said, this bull has a lot of positive traits in his favor. It appears that he is standing a little close in his hind leg stance,, which could indicate that his hindquarter thickness (side-to-side) is not optimal, - and he may be a little sickle-hocked, but that can only be detected by a 90 degree straight-on view in a picture - and I would suggest that you view the bull live and up close before making a definite decision. He seems to me to be a sastifactory choice for a commercial bull, but not for a Registered herd.
