Has he given up on America (the bull) already? He told me last week he was going to buy him no matter what. Linebred to 4136, 0075. I am going to go all out and breed all my cows , heifers , and commercials to him.
If he's linebred i hope you have some good outcross genetics or things could go backwards fast.He told me last week he was going to buy him no matter what. Linebred to 4136, 0075. I am going to go all out and breed all my cows , heifers , and commercials to him.
I know he is selling a lot of bulls. He sold 3 in Tennessee recently . I couldn't believe he was able to get so much for them.Has he given up on America (the bull) already?
Someone with 50 cows doesn't sell very many bulls. I have lately seen some President sons that should have been steers, maybe it was the momma's fault.I know he is selling a lot of bulls. He sold 3 in Tennessee recently . I couldn't believe he was able to get so much for them.
I recently visited a seedstock operation with over 500 registered head. He had around 20 yearling bulls to choose from. They were all very nice bulls. I asked the owner how many bulls he sold and he said typically 30-40 bulls make the cut. He said it's not worth it to him to sell bulls if he doesn't feel they are nearly perfect. I know that he has a long line of repeat customers.Someone with 50 cows doesn't sell very many bulls. Yes, I buy most bulls from a guy who calves roughly 1200 cows and sells 350 to 400 bulls annually. I pick the middle out of them that fit our operation. These are the Angus end of our breeding. The Charolais bulls mostly come from two young brothers who are starting out and doing things right.I recently visited a seedstock operation with over 500 registered head. I purchased a couple embroyos off Larry Coleman . He told me ," President is the best of the flush, and President has the most muscle." I will take his word for it.Someone with 50 cows doesn't sell very many bulls. I have lately seen some President sons that should have been steers, maybe it was the momma's fault.
