Help Support CattleToday:

It's old music from 60's -70's. He was born in Texas and later stayed in S.A. for awhile. Years ago we went to one of his performances. It was held in an old movie house which had been changed into a 'theatre' and only seated about 150 people so was intimate...and had more of an impact on us ;-). Here's another one -

Banded Clovis by Tyler Childers. Good music ain't dead, you just have to know where to find it.

Great song.
Got me to thinking about this past spring. We cleared off a good sand knob over winter and while i was prepping the ground to plant early spring, my father in law had my boys out on the sand knob hunting arrowheads. Pretty good day. Lots of flint. They found a double notched turkey tail piece that was real fine (supposedly used as part of burial ceremonies) just one small piece of the tip was busted off. The find of the day was a double grooved ax head in immaculate condition. He took it to the local experts and they figured it was several thousand years old based on the grooving work. Was a great day. My FIL, and dear friend, has been hunting relics since he was a small boy. He had never had a find as significant as that. He was like a kid that day. Made me proud he had his best find with my boys and we were all there to share his joy.
