Finished curing a boned out butt. Put the cure on it all with some garlic and onion powder and then tied it up. 8 days later rinsed it and there it is. Tastes pretty darn good.

Fried buffalo chicken balls.

Rotisserie chicken cut up. Mixed with a little cheddar cheese and a good bit of Buffalo wing sauce. Make into balls or pattys. Dust with flour, dip in egg then coat in bread crumbs. Fry till brown. Ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce and its pretty dang good.
