Before anybody gets after me, not mine, guy I do some work for wanted me to sell it. He gave me his finishing price, wanted me to start high. Nothing personal in it for me, you make an offer, I relay it. I ain't got a dog in this fight past my fee to sell it, I'm just a guy who does what a day asks of him to flush these pockets up.
