I really suck at math, especially when downsizing mixing directions.
Another stray dog wandered up yesterday and is eat up with something--bites all over it's legs and belly. I haven't looked at it closely, but it's clawing itself raw from whatever is biting it. I don't currently have any permethrin mixed up or I would just spray it with the same mix I use on the cattle. Don't know if it's lice, fleas, mites or been laying in a bed of chiggers/redbugs--or all of the above, but I need to get it healed up before I try to find it a new home. (I'm already full up with dogs)
I have some 10% permethrin concentrate I need to mix up in a small batch to spray it down with.

Directions say (for spraying dogs) "Mix 8 oz in 12.5 gals of water"
How much 10% Permethrin would I mix in a qt (32 oz) spray bottle?

Thanks folks!!
(BHB--I think this does answer your "Has CT helped you?" question)

I'm also reminded (again) of 3way's signature--very applicable to me.

How big is the dog. What sort of condition is it in otherwise? long coat or short coat if its longer coat then it might help if you shave of the fur. Can you get close to it?
