I'm hopefully going to buy a recipient cows PTIC to a Sire and Dam of my choice.
I need someone else's opinion on which pair I should pick.
They all have things which are great about all of them and I think most of them have placed in shows.

Wow, that's like asking us who you should marry! ;-) I do not like the teats on the 88K cow for what it's worth. Does the association publish performance data on the progeny? I could only find pedigree info. I would decide what type you want and talk in earnest with the breeder and try to see some progeny on the ground as well as the sires/cows if possible. Without seeing what they can do and no data on progeny performance, choosing from pictures is a real crap shoot. If that isn't possible I would at least choose a mating from the older animals as there will at least be more hearsay info on how they have done.
