Shower Kit Install in the Hunting Cabin ?

Planning to add a corner shower kit in a poured basement. Bow hunters like their showers! Will there be any problem attaching the kit directly to the cement wall, rather than furring and insulating behind it?

I think the main reason to fur it out is so you have somewhere to run the plumbing. I assume that's not an issue with how you're doing it?
You can also fix any out of square/plumb issues by furring. If those aren't issues i dont see why you couldn't.
Manufacturers recommendations may say otherwise tho
