New born

I have 60 cows bought at the sales Oct, Nov, and Dec. By the vet they should be calving in February and March. On January 30 I already have 11 calves. Sale yard vets aren't all that accurate when guessing birth dates.

No they are not. It's kind of a guessing game. I bought a cow last year that was supposed to calve May/June, she was one of my first to calve in January, not long after I bought her.

I got a lil black cow they called 4 months, 2 months ago. I give her about 2 weeks now

I think those 3 calves, side by side, all look pretty decent. Don't see much "dairyness" in the brown one now, and she seems to be growing good...
