Low BW Cows

Anybody got cows that throw small calves? I got one that as a 2yr old first calf heifer threw a 41lb heifer and this yr threw a 55 lb bull calf. Both calves were from different AI bulls, so thats an average of about 48 lbs. They all caught up by weaning time tho. Avg weaning weight for them was 610 lbs

That's really small. What's the cow's BW EPD? Your management plays a role in BW, too.
 
From our cleanup bull last year. 1 heifer 2 bulls avg BW 52 pounds. The heifer AWW 638 the bulls AWW 736 & 717

Edit: Forgot to mention the heaviest bull is our of a F! Red Angus cow the other 2 are straightbred Red Angus
