Just a thought. My observations have shown that they dont try as much to jump over if they cant see whats on the other side. Shade cloth or anything to block the view will help.

I agree. And you need to be patient and easy going with Brahmas. If you get too anxious or get in a hurry, or get mad easy...then you don't need to fool with them. If you get them excited and nervous you can not force them. That is a battle you will lose every time. And they will remember a bad time in the working pens next time you go to do something with them.
