Kubota disc mower

Our local Kubota dealer had their open house this Friday and Saturday and unveiled the Kubota hay equipment line. The disc mower sure looks a lot like the Vicon mower of old. Has there been another takeover or buyout of the old Vicon company?

Kubota bought Kverneland which in turn got them Vicon also.

We saw a Kubota Disc Mower Conditioner the other day at a local dealer, definitely a Vicon but appeared to be built really well. The tires on that thing looked to be a 16-18" wide. If my wife hadn't bought a new NH DiscBine last year we would seriously looking at the Kubota/Vicon.
