I've moved, and I have a real job (still no haircut)

Help Support CattleToday:

That's how it usually works with heavy equipment and trucks. Never a shortage of work.
Just be glad you didn't dip your toes in to the oil patch.
But, how do you like it, other than not having cows and hay?
Are you enjoying your new life?

I mean the work and hours are kicking the crap out of me, but it's interesting work, I'm pretty much never doing the same thing twice, or at least not in quick succession... It's been winter tire season here so I've been mounting a lot of studded winter tires on the trucks. There's always wiring gremlins in the tail lights and scales of the big trucks... On Friday a big tridem lowbed came in with the fenders all ripped off, they sent a new (to the area) driver up a road a big trailer like that had no business being on.. so had to do some emergency fixes

Friend of mine (the guy that kinda hired me there, or more accurately just told the owners they hired me) bought me a nice new toolbox.. gonna have to work on filling it in an organized fashion (the organized part is the problem, I can fill it quite easily)
