I'm on the fence about using a char bull on my red Angus cow

When I worked at a meat packing plant on kill floor I watched a lot of cattle to see how they graded on the rail and NOTHING was better than Char. cross cattle.
I also have a Char. / Brahman cow that is a calf raising cow , wish I had a whole pasture full just like her.

Charbrays are great cows and great mommas.
