I once loaded a kawasaki Vulcan 1500 cruiser into the back of a uhaul truck with only enough room for the bike sideways at the very back by the roll up door. Got up to speed, hit the ramp, to the top and hit the front brake while turning the bars. Basically kicking the rear end sideways like we used to do as kids on bicycles. Worked pretty good, we had to push the rear about 18" to clear the rear door though.
