Goats

Another Goat question:

Is it true that goats must eat 60- 80 % of their diet in brumbles, woody bushes etc ? and that is why they love to just eat all the potential weed and bush hog stuff ?

If that's the case, when we had the goat dairy we must not have really had goats.

Goats are browsers not grazers. That's the reason they eat so much stuff that cows won't and don;t generally compete for forage.
