Smoke or crock pot a shoulder. Boil some potatoes where there done but not mushy cut into 1/2" cubes . Shred and chip the shoulder meat. You want the same amount of potatoes as meat . Get an onion and dice it. Saute them in butter mix potatoes and meat in the pan allow to brown some o the bottom flip and brown other side. I like alot of garlic in mine. But I just season to taste. Get you a sleeve of premiums and eat till your belly hurts.
