I have a friend who is looking for 200-300 pigs to feed out. Does anyone know of any for sale in big lots?

Know where 8 are. Its a start.
I can't think of anybody around here that has pigs anymore. A few years ago, that many could be rounded up. He might could get some trucked in from Iowa if can't find.

That's a lot of freezer pork! My best friend still feeds a few. These are Berkshire Duroc crosses. I bet they're gonna taste good!
I haven't seen a group of feeder pigs at a sale barn in several years. The last I heard cash hogs were $0.30/lb.
That's worse than the $0.08 hogs guys were selling back in'98.

I've already got mine promised. I will pm you some other sources shortly. Although, I agree with @SBMF 2015. Much cheaper in the long run to buy finished hogs, especially if you're buying the feed. Here, my hog feed is running $540/ ton
