Did an appraisal about a month ago on a forecloser property, our client was trying to buy it, everything that was in a drawer in in the floor. I didnt walk in the front door 3 feet and there laid on of those thing. Of course I took a picture of it to have proof of my story. Showed it to the loan officer and the first words out of his mouth was,"is that a baby dolls arm." I told him nope you need to look again. This house looked about like the houses they so on that TV program called the Hoarders.
