Blue eyes in some of the cattle

Some of our calves and cows have a blueish film over their eyes and appear to be blind. We have treated them with tetracycline twice and it doesn't seem to get any better. Any ideas on what this is and what we can do about it?

Your choices are advanced sever pinkeye or IBR. If it's IBR a shot (don't know what he uses) directly into the skin of the eyeball will clear it up quickly. If it's pinkeye, the same thing may work. Check with a GOOD large animal vet
