hmmm, maybe they could just add another tax to the scheme and look at some of the paper trail. Being what seems like a highly regulated tax producer... I mean industry, I bet someone is already reporting these things.
Any rate, Rafter, you can tell that the genius that thought this methodology up and all the other geniuses that signed off on it had already had their fill of the legal stuff. Otherwise, they might have remembered that there's a bunch of black market traces being flushed down the sewer as well.
Maybe figuring that out is that's next year's pay check?
