Whole Corn start to finish - any thoughts?

A lot of the corn will appear "whole" to the eye but if the outer skin was broken at all the cow will get most of nutrients inside. But 6-10% will pass thru and not be utilized. The difference in cracked and whole corn around here is about $10 a ton. Well worth going ahead and getting the cracked, but in some places the difference may be much more.
