Well then, if it was MY kid, #1 , he wouldn't have been wearing a hoodie. #2 he wouldn't have been out walking around a neighborhood in the rain in the middle of the night.
That being said, Eric Holder, the attorney general, has said on several occasions that black on white is not a crime, while white on black is a crime.
It's a race issue only if you want it to be a race issue.
To most black folks, EVERYTHING is a race issue.
