Hahaha, no beans! We're just trying to use up burger and have something different. Plenty of cheese for Murray too!
 
Late breakfast this morning. Pan sausage with poblano peppers, Fresno peppers, and onions, then with two yard eggs scrambled through it and topped with cheese, on HEB tortillas with bean dip (because I didn't want to heat a whole can of refried beans).

Raising Wagyu but eating Angus. Does that mean the Angus is better or is the Wagyu too expensive?
She was our last Angus.

We donated most of her to our employees...but I kept a few steaks and brisket.

She is very good and had good marbling. Porterhouse was good size.

But the fat isn't AA like Wagyu so there is not that undeniable great taste.

After trying to get a great line of Wagyu Angus cross. We gave up and went FB Wagyu.
I spent $900 for her about 4 yrs ago. I thought she was going to give us something really special....she did ...great porterhouse 🙂
