What are you eating today?

Help Support CattleToday:

turkey...My 1st time to try a JennieO pre-seasoned straight from freezer to oven bird.
Cooked fine and wasn't as dark on the outside as the picture shows but I was not crazy about the seasoning they used.

Jo do you save the castor from those beavers? It is the most valuable thing on a beaver!

I do but I've been making lure with them. I heard you can sell them but I don't know how to go about doing that. Any idea what they are paying for them?
Air dry, place in paper sack and ship to FHA. Best place to sell.

I like to dry with a fan blowing on them to keep the flies off and help dry faster.

Thanks, I'll give that a go. I think I have the beavers beat back for now. Had trouble with an alligator eating my catch lately. SOB must be a big one because he took one off a drowning set and broke/bit through the chain and toted off my catch and my trap but lately the beavers haven't been building the dams back so maybe I'll have some peace for a while.

Fried egg, roast beef, mushrooms, Swiss cheese and habernero salsa on a lightly toasted bagel, as I'm typing this I'm thinking about making another.

Actually this was a couple days ago.

Man, the price of those mud bugs has gone up a lot. I saw a 35 lb bag of live crawfish advertised here for $3.50/lb..field run. I used to buy them all day long for $38/ sack.
