The sour cream is hiding under the cheese :lol2: I love chili any time of the year I like home made biscuits with homemade jelly and some honey butter when its cold.

I love some good biscuits butter and jelly any day breakfast of champions when you add a few eggs and sausage or bacon.

My wife makes me buttermilk biscuits from scratch sometimes, real butter and honey eggs, sausage and fried potatoes with gravy. Wonderful!

im more of just scrambled eggs with CHEESE of course and couple strips of fat meat or bacon kind of guy in the summer but winter love the biscuits

Just in case some of you thought Mr HD and the nephew were starving to death or living off takeout while I go through treatments I thought I would share a few of the meals that I have made for them these past couple of months for them.

Chicken fried steak and corn from the garden

Homemade pizza

Buttermilk fried chicken with greens and pancetta

Ossobuco

Linguine with white clam sauce

Burgers with Gouda

Chocolate swirl bunt cake with cream cheese icing.

I am not sure what is for dinner tonight maybe Mahi-Mahi fish tacos. Off to radiation now, after today I will be half way done.
