Tell me what you think of these 2 females

Neither of the pics are great. The red heifer wasn't wanting to cooperate at all. The yellow heifer definitely looks better than the picture shows. She had just gotten up and hadn't stretched out. Of course if I hadn't been trying to take pics at high noon it would have been better. She doesn't roach in her back nor is she weak behind the shoulders.

Anyway, tell me what you think.

If I had to choose only one and ship the other I would keep the first heifer, better muscle in the hind quarter. Otherwise, I would keep them both.

Although the Maui Jim calf looks more feminine I prefer the Moler heifer as she looks as though she has more capacity, a little thicker and deeper bodied. She may have that slight roach back because she is full. It is hard to tell from pics.

those are 2 goodlooking heifers.i think they both are keepers.but i also think the 1st heifer will be the best show heifer.

For a brood cow, I like the second. Shorter coupled, but more guts.
