I have another question. When looking at bull seman sales and charts how do you actually read them ? for example what is a good range for BW, WW, YW, milk ect... I was looking at charts like this,

you will need to look at the breed web site to know what is the average on EPD's. all of them are different and then figure where you want to lower like birthweight or increase like yearling. go to the cattle today home page and find breed assoc. on the left most will let you know what the breed average is. it is a little complicated, hopefully someone on here is knowledgable on the breed.
