Almost ten months and still no registration papers

I paid for two open registered heifers Nov 22 last year from a board member of the breed. They ended up being bred. I think at about six months old. But what can I do to get the papers?

It's been 9 months, 2 weeks and 5 days have they calved?
If so, what did they have?

What can I do to get the papers?
Do you have the seller's name, address and phone number?
Do you have the name, address and phone number of the breed association?
Do you have a bill of sale for two open registered heifers?
Other than posting here, what efforts have you made to get the papers?

Welcome to the forum. If I'd been sold two supposedly open heifers that had gotten bred when they were 6 months old the papers would be the least of my concerns. Have you contacted the seller?
