update, The family has been out of town and I will pay them this afternoon for the cows. one good thing about them still being on their farm is 2 more cows have calved. I have been checking them every afternnon and they are 2 scattered to get a group pic and its been raining every afternoon.

Cows have been getting higher and higher by the week. I just read your original post and was figuring 15,500 is what they would be worth, here, now. Now, with two more calves, instead of 2 springers at 1200, you have two pairs at 1500, so they are worth another 600 dollars on the group. Glad it worked out for you, and them, also
