Online Beef mag just published a survey on herd reduction since 2020 in driest areas. Minnesota is shown as down 22%. Sounds reasonable. But, most producers were overstocked by more than that. So we still a way to go unless FSA starts giving away hay.

Cow herd on the increase again. Commodity feeders will skyrocket at the first spring shower.
A little expensive feed to get through winter first.
