The one thing that is rarely included in the SS at 62 or 65 discussion is that drawing SS at 62 seriously limits money you can make until you reach full SS age. Make too much they pay less SS or you may have to pay back SS that you were paid. That age is getting older as we move forward. I had to be 66. I retired (quit going to work) at 65 and 7 months. I didn't start SS until 66. I had enough vacation time built up to make up for those 5 months. After 66 I could make all the money I wanted (as an employee) without hurting my SS.
