Help me out , I am wonderin if u cross red brahma cows to herf bulls , do u still get a high percentage of tigerstripes or will they tend to be solid red ? This cross should bring some heavy milkin mommas since red brahmas milk heavier than grey ones, I figure I would need some real good pastures and some grain to keep them fleshed out , what do u all think?

#1 Every calf born to that cross will be a True F-1 Tigerstripe. They will not be solid in color while they will have a large percentage of their overall color as a darker red, they will all have some striping which you will be able to see. I have several of these myself as well as some Tigerstripes out of White Brahmans and a Hereford Bull. They look a whole lot different color wise, but all of the cattle share the same overall confirmation, the only difference is how much Brahman, or Hereford influence each cow carries on the outside.
