I will be inseminating my cows w/ "Milky Way" today.
@ the moment I do not have all the history.
My neighbor is assisting and providing the semen.
What's the scoop on the Milky Way strand?
As I said I do not know which strand of Milky way yet.

i found out about Milky Way-------#404521--------------"LMAN MILKY WAY 2434B"
You might check with Whitley Red Angus in Alabama or Georgia. I believe they own him. I remember that he was a decent looking bull in his pic.
The best daughters we've had were by BJR Gambler 027, a bull that we own out of 5162. Super uddered and raise good calves. They milk plenty, but don't have the big, sloppy bags that some pedigrees have.
