Natural Arthritis pain relief.

No flour and sugar for 30 days and see what happens. It doesn't cure you but it takes away inflammation in the joint.
I have it bad in my hands and have great results by just watching what I eat.
I won't take drugs for it.
Just seen Dr. last week and we discussed putting off surgery. I was considering surgery.
I'm still working hard with really bad knees. Cutting out all sugar and as many carbs as you can. And replacing them with fat. has helped me more than narcotic painkillers. Reducing inflammation is a big deal and since you drop some wieght that helps to.
It doesn't take long 3-5 days to notice a difference. You have to be careful with all cannabis products. They still violate federal law. If you possess them and a firearm you could have a serious problem. If you buy a firearm answering form 4473
21g or I think it's 6f on new form will make you a felon. ...

Some interesting suggestions.
I am in pain all the time but have thus far avoided any narcotics, (I hate 'em) but may go that route if I absolutely have to.

I'm sure you must be consideri

I'm sure you must be considering knee replacements if they are bad. My wife has both done after a lifetime of hiking on bad knees and being fearful/hesitant. The up side is waiting means she got better hardware and surgery. Now she is absolutely pain FREE in her knees. Just my own take on it in case you want any personal experience feedback.

I had an uncle that had rheumatoid arthritis so bad that he could not turn the ignition in his truck. The doctors wanted him to go on a pill that had the side effect of making you blind. He said h*ll no to that, and went on a vegetarian style diet. It was not long after that he could saddle his horse with out pain. Before he died of Leukemia he started putting some fish into his diet. I think he started off with a juice fast of beat juice and carrot juice for a week, and then went to the vegetarian diet. Dad had rheumatoid arthritis, but he will not go on uncle Roy's diet; he is not willing to give up beef.

I highly recommend you actually retire so the CDL doesn't matter. Get a hot tub, a hot blonde and a half a pound of weed. A soak, a poke and a smoke. Hydrate with spring water as necessary. If that doesn't make you feel better nothing will! 😂
I got the hydration part down really good. The rest I'm way behind on.
Actually up to 1 ounce of Marijuana is legal in Virginia. Can grow up to 4 plants for personal use. But can still get caught for being under the influence of drugs.
My wife somehow thinks blonds are off limits.

Kenny no matter what you try you can't outrun your DNA.
The only thing I have found that works is ablation.
They kill the nerve that's sending the signal.
They have done the entire right side of my neck a year ago scheduled to start on the left.

My problem is I have it in my neck which affects the shoulders, both hands are drawn from the arthritis in the joints. Surgery to relieve both hands. Both knees have been operated on and cleaned out. One ankle has had surgery. Bone spur in the other foot. Too many nerves to kill.

Try this one on and I need more.
This one kept me out of the wheelchair after going paralyzed from hitting a bump in the road.
I have seven more that need fusing.
And the ablation works on the signals coming back to the spine, very simple out patient procedure that relieves the pain. I have had the one on the right shoulder done as well, being pain free is wonderful.
You can't cure the arthritis but you can help the pain.
My arthritis is in the spine called AS my sister has it her knees and hands she is looking at knee replacement now.

I have a picture just like that from 2001. The arthritis has pretty much covered up the plate and screws now.

That's why the ablation works that picture of mine is nine years old taken a few months after the surgery.
You need to find a good doctor that does ablation.
I am telling you its a miracle.

Yes I also do not eat corn but that's because I have diverticulitis and I quit drinking cow milk many years ago. I got to say it took me awhile to get used to almond milk. But I am healthier in my 60s than I was in my 30s and 40s
I too have diverticulitis, it's hard staying off of cows milk, I might try the almond milk.
I have arthritis and bone spurs along my spine, specialist said there's nothing they can do other than pain management, they wanted to put me on hydrocodone but I declined it.
I use ibuprofen but not all the time, I don't drink alcohol so I just learned to live with it.

If you use Meloxicam for arthritis use Tylenol instead of Ibuprofen because of liver damage.

Kenny...you got it backwards...acetominophen is more likely to cause liver damage than ibuprofen or naproxen.

Fish Oil can be helpful, but you have to take a larger dose to get anti-inflammatory effects. I take four 1200mg capsules daily + two Osteo Bi-Flex.

I am 71 and my mom is 87. She started getting arthritis in her knees and back about age 63. It seemed to start when she went on a no-fat diet. She cannot walk more than a few steps.
I began to notice a grinding in my back when packing square bales of hay about age 65. This progressed to pain and weakness late in the day. Now I hurt whenever I walk. A CT scan showed bad arthritis in my lower back and hips.
I can take 3 ibuprofen and feel better for a couple of days.
Any suggestions for what I could do to slow the progression?
I really only started going to the doctor about six months ago and had not ever been too sick.
