marbling

I would like to know what the third breed of cattle is that has high marbling. From what I've read, Angus,South Devon, and what else?

Actually there are several breeds that are known to marble well. The ones that I am aware of are:

Angus (both red and black), Hereford, Shorthorn, South Devon, Murray Grey, Wagyu, & Braunvieh.

As I know, Normande has demostrated , in different carcass contest, to have good marbling, Tarentaise can be compared in marbling with Braunvieh.

I'm not a Normande breeder, but I'm beganing my registered herd.

Diane, Search the " Wagyu " breed of cattle I believe you will find what you are looking for.
