Making SimAngus Cows

I have recently acquired some pure-bred Simmental heifers (Dream-On , Legacy) and want to breed them back Angus this Summer. I want to breed for good quality maternal cows to breed back composite for show cattle. What bull(s) would you choose?

I would use some of Ohlde's bulls, Anchor gave me some pretty good heifers out of simm cows.Anything Tim has with alot of 6807 blood should give you that kind of cow.
