I don't think it's too late, but the weather hasn't cooperated for me to plant my wrangler yet. I wish I had gotten it in the ground before all this rain set in. I know I'm going about it wrong, but that's the way I do everything. I didnt turn the ground at all where I am planting it at. I sprayed round up to kill out the fescue etc. I got the worst kill I've ever seen in my life.

I finally got mine planted. I put 50 pounds on 2.25 acres. It has done nothing but rain. It was getting late in the year, so I improvised. I sprayed the field twice with round up. Had my son scalp it with a mower. Then I turned 17 steers, and a half corriente bull (that was for you Taurus) it for a day and a half to tromp the seeds in. I doubt it works. I did what I had to do.
