Hoof Measurement on Newborn

My hoof measurement tape is at the farm, and a gentleman called to see what the measurement for a 7 3/4 hoof measurement would be. Is anyone on line that has that information?

I am glad you asked. Made me fo look for my hoof tape. Can;t find it but at least I know it's missing now

I hate to ask, but am i reading that there is a tape that you can measure a calf hoof to estimate there weight? And to think i spent $1500.00 on a claf scale last year. I really need to start asking more questions. Can somebody explain to me how this works?

Valley Vet has the hoof tape for $5.95. Also have a weight tape for estimating the weight of livestock without scales for $3.49.
